Questions frequently asked about GENEO + Facials

  • In a single, 45 minute treatment, the GeneO+ Superfacial will transform your skin; providing a noticeable glow and tightness. No discomfort or redness; just your skin feeling soft, smooth and rejuvenated. It's a gentle but highly effective treatment for all skin types.

  • GeneO+ employs the OxyGeneo treatment and also uses Ultrasound and Tripollar Skin Tightening technology!

    It delivers immediate visible facial contouring effects from the first treatment and long-lasting results after a course of treatments without any downtime.

  • GeneO+ facials have a cumulative effect, so the more facials you get, the longer the results will last. During the course of treatment, the results should last four to six weeks.

  • It is recommended to not wear any makeup, but it can, however, be applied. Mineral makeup is recommended if needed.

    For best results, avoid makeup for 24 hours. Avoid direct sun exposure, hot water, saunas, steam rooms and swimming for 24-48 hours post treatment.


  • Depending on your skin condition and concerns, we may recommend more frequent treatments initially, perhaps one every other week. After your skin is optimized, you can maintain your results with a GeneO+ treatment once every 6 weeks.


  • There are some conditions that make it impossible to conduct sessions of localized cryotherapy.

    The main precautions for this treatment are: cold intolerance, open wounds, ulcers, gangrenous lesions, hypothyroidism, and skin cancer.
